As I am in charge of multiple projects at the same time, I participate in all the weekly resource assignments, project plannings and priority meetings.

We are currently developing a new web tracking application for Caterpillar based on the fourth generation of the RelayStar software and using Tapestry as framework. For this development I am the team leader of the development team located in India. This requires multiple journeys over there and daily conference call meetings.

I participated in the elaboration of the fourth generation of the RelayStar software which is based on Hibernate, Spring, JMS, Oracle database and Unix servers. Before, I was also involved in the development of the second and third RelayStar software generations. During the third generation development, I invented and developed a concept to manage the incoming events in our system. For this concept a patent was submitted.

At RelayStar, I keep myself up to date with the new Information and communication technology by self learning.

This environment also demands a fast reaction in order to implement reusable-solutions for new and further concepts requested by RelayStar. By acting as a mentor in the day to day support and driving the research and development team regarding the business issues, I aim to successfully achieve this challenge.
