At AXA I’m in charge of the architecture of a new application. This application is a web front-end for a back-end mainframe. It contains a presentation layer (web-based) and a business layer based on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). The services will call the back-end system and then make an abstraction layer to hide the back-end mainframe complexity.
I’m also in charge of verifying the requirements (functional and non-functional), the technical analysis and doing the Business Concept Model and the Business Type Model.
I’m also participating in the definition of a new process concerning change management and release management; this implies the realization of a maven proof of concept and restructures the java project layout.
