I installed and configured the ‘Remedy Help Desk’ in order to enter the trouble tickets of MedTel
clients.
After analysing the workflow, configuring it in the ‘Remedy Help Desk’ and testing it, I also installed the Remedy Web server to give the possibility to all customer care users to access the ‘Remedy Help Desk’ through the Web and this from every MedTel office.
