The Tibco InConcert was chosen by Belgacom to implement their business process workflow. Belgacom is the main telecom company in Belgium, it covers more than 85% of the fixed-line phone of the country.

My role was to analyse, design and map the end-user needs with the InConcert functionality. This included the definition and the documentation of the daemons, that manage the InConcert automatic tasks: calling Hub&Spoke contracts, retrieving information from other databases and dynamically manipulating the workflow using Java... During this assignment, I was the team manager of ten developers.
